Man Bartlett, (legally George Emmanuel Bartlett), was born in Philadelphia, PA. He received his Bachelors Degree in 2003 in Theatre Studies from Emerson College. He has lived and worked in Chicago for the past five years and currently resides and makes art in Pilsen. Man devotes the majority of his time to: drawing, painting, general art-making/going, technology, live and recorded music, idea-ing, acupuncture, tea, minding, hydrating, love and tolerance, kindness... He has 2 brothers: Will and Eliot. Will is 6 years older than Man, Eliot is 6 years younger than Man. He has 2 parents: Bo and Melonie. He loves them all, regardless of their hyperlink status... Man has explored many artistic paths over the years, most recently focusing on a career in the Visual Arts. Be sure to check out the gallery section for examples of works in various mediums.
