| Artist Statement Performance - Duration in relation to social, environmental and physical space. Often using social media as a component to engage a virtual audience. Drawings - Circles, lines or dots in thickly clustered, repeated marks. Each iteration is a whole but their mass creates a tension between negative and positive space; a duality of chaos and order. Installation - Offerings. A DIY version of shamanic ritual using locally sourced water and earth in combination with incense and relics from my travels to create site-specific, activated sculptural objects. |
