My work is inspired by a relentless drive to convey various types of information through deceptively simple abstractions. These abstractions are a facade, however, because they are in fact encoded with very specific intentions. A line is not just a line, a circle is not just a circle. Each are drawn from my experience with a visualized specificity of a certain thought, emotion or vibration. These thoughts, emotions and vibrations contain narratives that explore the breadth and complexity of my spiritual relationship to the world. It is my hope and aspiration that these expressions transcend the personal realm and are rendered accessible to everyone. |
