Named in honor of artist and ever-supportive former Creative Time board chair (2006-2013) Amanda Weil, The Amanda Weil Lecture provides an opportunity for the winning artist to discuss work that demonstrates a genuine commitment to community and constructive social change. The Lecture takes place at our annual Summit—before a live audience of 1,000 and tens of thousands of online viewers. And it’s all part of two full days of exploration and exchange.
If selected to present at the conference, Creative Time will pay you a speakers fee and will cover travel and accommodations.
The Amanda Weil Lecture is supported by the executive committee of the Creative Time Board: Phil Aarons, Joanne Leonhardt Cassullo, Beth Rudin DeWoody, Dana Farouki, Stephen Kramarsky, Billy Susman, and Jed Walentas.
